We are looking for interns interested in economics, financial analysis, valuation, and international taxation to join our Economics Partners (“EP”) group within Ryan's Transfer Pricing practice. As an Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, team-based environment to gain hands-on experience in economic research, financial consulting, and transfer pricing analysis. Interns will receive training and development opportunities while contributing to meaningful projects that support our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth company, industry, and market research to support client engagements.
• Assist with data collection, organization, and analysis.
• Perform financial and statistical analyses to support consulting projects.
• Assist with valuation analyses using discounted cash flow and market multiples methodologies.
• Evaluate the arm's length nature of intercompany transactions through economic and financial analyses.
• Collaborate with team members on client projects and assist with preparing supporting documentation and deliverables.

Education and Experience:

• Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Anticipated graduation date within one year of internship.
• Minimum Overall and Major GPA of 2.8.

• Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and etc.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver's license required.
