Overview

We are looking for a Blade Repair Trainer to join the RTS Wind Trainingcenter in Szczecin

We are looking for an experienced professional to support our wind turbine blade repair training centre in Szczecin and assist with quality-related activities across the business.

Location: Szczecin, Poland

Requirements

We are searching for someone with solid hands-on experience in blade repair, especially with LM, Vestas and SGRE blades. Experience with other OEMs would also be highly valued.

• strong experience in wind turbine blade repair
• good knowledge of LM, Vestas and SGRE blade repair standards
• confidence in practical training delivery
• good English skills
• German language skills would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

This role is not only about training delivery. The successful candidate will also support the company in quality matters, including:

• reporting
• checking completed repairs
• supporting quality control and oversight
• helping maintain high technical standards across projects and training activities
