Salary: £32,358 during training, rising to £44,230 plus bonuses once qualified
Shift Pattern: 12am - 4am start times, 48 hours per week, 5/7 shift pattern

About the Trainee Driver Academy

Our Trainee Driver Academy (TDA) gives you the opportunity to train towards becoming a qualified HGV Class 2 Driver while earning a salary. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Theory Training: Your first two weeks will focus on learning the theory needed to progress towards your HGV qualification.

• Buddy Training: You'll then be paired with an experienced driver who will help you learn our delivery routes, understand the job and gain hands-on experience.

• Building Your Experience: As you progress through the programme, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to carry out deliveries safely and provide excellent customer service.

• Becoming Qualified: You'll work towards your HGV Class 2 licence and complete the required training and assessments to become a qualified driver with Reynolds Food Group.

Salary Progression

• During Training: £32,358 per annum.

• Once Qualified: £44,230 per annum, plus bonuses.
