Sous Chef

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Sous Chef for one of our well-established clients in Co. Kildare.

You will play a pivotal role supporting the Head Chef, as the Sous Chef you will oversee the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that dishes meet quality standards and are produced efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 – 3 years Sous Chef experience.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Leadership skills, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a pressurised fast paced environment producing a high-quality service to deadlines.
• Flexible with working hours as role will include, mornings, evenings, weekends shifts.
• HACCP trained and excellent knowledge of food safety, policies and regulations.

PACKAGE ON OFFER

• Competitive salary of €42,000 – €45,000 Per Annum.
• Meals on duty.
• Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
