Head Chef

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Head Chef for one of our well-established clients in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.

The ideal Head Chef will possess a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a creative flair for menu development.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 – 5 years Head Chef experience within a busy restaurant or hotel environment essential.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen audits.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and safety standards.
• Flexible with working hours to include mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends.
• The ability to consistently perform well in a high-pressure and fast paced environment.

PACKAGE ON OFFER

• Competitive salary of €55,000 – €60,000 per annum depending on experience.
