About the role
Make Every Click Count.
Big ambitions. Smart strategy. Serious digital impact.
What happens when brilliant marketing meets data, creativity, and a whole lot of ambition?
You get the opportunity to drive the digital growth of some of London’s most sought-after student residences.
We’re recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our client based in West London. The successful candidate will help turn clicks into enquiries, campaigns into bookings, and clever ideas into measurable results.
From paid search and social to SEO, email, and website optimisation, you’ll help connect international students with their future home — and make every click count.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making paid media work harder. Managing and optimising PPC and paid social campaigns to generate leads and drive occupancy.
- Turning data into decisions. Tracking KPIs, analysing performance and finding ways to improve results and maximise ROI.
- Owning the digital mix. Supporting SEO, affiliate marketing, email campaigns, digital partnerships, and website optimisation.
- Creating better online journeys. Improving landing pages, testing content, and calls to action, and supporting website SEO.
- Mastering the inbox. Developing email campaigns to nurture prospects, promote events and engage existing students.
- Working with the experts. Managing relationships with external digital agencies and collaborating with marketing, sales, and on-site teams.
- Staying ahead of the game. Monitoring competitors, spotting trends and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
- Making budgets count. Tracking spends, reporting on results and ensuring campaigns deliver value.
About You
- At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in real estate, accommodation, hospitality, or retail would be a big plus.
- Confident across PPC, paid social, SEO, and email marketing.
- Comfortable using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and social scheduling tools.
- Experience with CMS and CRM platforms is essential.
What’s In It For You?
- Salary depending on experience.
- The chance to shape digital marketing for a growing premium student accommodation brand.
- A newly established team where your ideas can make a genuine impact.
- A varied role combining creativity, strategy, and performance.
- Opportunities to develop your skills and progress as the business grows.
- Full-time, office-based role in West London.
This isn’t just about getting more clicks. It’s about making those clicks count.
