Commis Chef

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Commis Chef for one of our well established clients based in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.

The main responsibilities for the Commis Chef will be to assist the different sections and team to prepare food and dishes for the everyday service and for private functions in a busy environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 Years Commis Chef experience in 4* or 5* hotel environments essential for this role
• Ability to work within a team in a fast paced environment
• Excellent Organisation, Communication and Time Management skills
• Flexible attitude as working hours are 2PM – 10.30PM five days a week on rotation
• Commis Chef who takes pride in their work with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills

PACKAGE ON OFFER

• Competitive Hourly rate of between €15.00 – €16.00 Per Hour dependent on experience
