CRM Data Analyst

I'm currently looking for an experienced CRM Data Analyst to support a major international organisation with its CRM analytics, campaign performance and consumer data initiatives across European markets. This role will focus on improving CRM reporting, optimising outbound marketing campaigns and delivering actionable insights to support consumer growth and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain CRM performance reporting frameworks, tracking engagement, conversions and ROI.
Analyse outbound marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Monitor Marketable Consumer growth and Product Registration performance across European markets.
Build and enhance dashboards to improve data visibility and reporting.
Support A/B testing, campaign experimentation and performance analysis.
Work closely with CRM, Marketing, and Data teams to deliver actionable insights.
Support data management initiatives and future Customer Data Platform (CDP) adoption.

Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in CRM Analytics, Marketing Analytics or Campaign Performance Analysis.
Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
Experience working with CRM platforms and customer engagement data.
Understanding of campaign performance metrics, customer segmentation and ROI.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working across international markets and exposure to CDP platforms would be highly beneficial.
