We're looking for a Resource Planner to play a vital role in ensuring our operation is staffed effectively, safely and efficiently. You'll coordinate rosters, training, annual leave and payroll information while working closely with managers to meet the demands of a fast-paced operational environment. Location: Southampton Hours: 40 hours per week, plus participation in a 1-in-4 on-call rota What You'll Do Create and manage crew rosters and shift patterns to meet operational requirements. Monitor staffing levels and provide solutions to short-notice resource challenges. Coordinate annual leave, absences, training, and operational cover. Ensure all crew certification, training records, and mandatory qualifications remain valid and up to date. Proactively schedule training and recertification activities to maintain compliance. Liaise with managers and crew to ensure resource plans align with business needs. Arrange accommodation and travel requirements where necessary. Participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota to support operational continuity. Support continuous improvement initiatives and deputise for the Resource Manager when required.   What we're looking for Experience in planning, scheduling or workforce coordination. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A proactive, flexible approach and attention to detail.
