Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker (Children & Young People)Location: Carlisle, Penrith and KendalHours: Flexible (Part-time / Ad-hoc) Are you looking for flexible, rewarding work in the Carlisle area?We are urgently recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to support children and young people (under 18) with learning disabilities and autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1:1 with young people, providing mentorship and vital respite for their families.Why this role works for you:Total Flexibility: We have Long Day shifts with Sleep-in Package availableVariety: Work across different caseloads with shifts ranging from 1-3 service users a day.Impact: Help young people build confidence through social activities and community engagement.What we need from you:Driving is Mandatory: You must have a full license and access to your own vehicle.Experience: Prior work with children/young people or mental health/LD is essential.Availability: Ability to cover Day & Night shifts is highly desirable.P.S. This role mandates a minimum of 36.5 hours per week.
