Business developer, pharmacies, pharmacy groups and pharma companies

You introduce Skills, Healthbees and Pharm’Assist to community pharmacies and grow our partnerships with pharmacy groups and pharma companies, from the first contact to the roll-out with the teams.

What you will do

• Prospect community pharmacies and present our solutions to pharmacy owners and their teams.
• Run demos of Skills (training and skills tracking, with the AI Coach) and Healthbees (new pharmacy services).
• Explain the funding options for training (ANDPC, FIF PL, OPCO EP), depending on each team’s eligibility.
• Grow partnerships with pharmacy groups and pharma companies.
• Follow pharmacies through to roll-out, with the rest of the Quiz.Coach team.
• Keep the sales pipeline up to date and share feedback from the field.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally with pharmacies, pharmacy groups or pharma companies.
• Knowledge of community pharmacy; a background as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician is a plus.
• A listening, advisory approach: you start from the pharmacy team’s needs.
• Autonomy and organization in following up your meetings.
