Project Manager — PurePilot STEP

Description du poste et missions

Main role

Be the single point of contact for a portfolio of PurePilot WWTP clients, from project launch to long-term performance monitoring. The successful candidate will deploy the solution, manage its ongoing operation for the client, and lead our projects outside of France, where Purecontrol is expanding.

Responsibilities

1. Deploy the solution

• Launch the project with the client: scope, schedule, roles, and success criteria.
• Manage the collection, training, and implementation phases with the technical teams.
• Conduct acceptance testing with the operator and train users.

1. Monitor and develop the account

• Monitor daily control rates and site performance, and address any discrepancies.
• Prepare and lead regular meetings and steering committees (COPIL), with support from the Expertise & Performance lead for quantitative reports.
• Maintain site logs and client tracking records.
• Identify new needs (other facilities, other processes) and relay them to the sales team.

1. Lead international projects

• Manage projects in English, and Spanish if applicable, with international clients and partners.
• Travel to sites for launches, audits, commissioning, and committee meetings.
• Adapt materials and deliverables to the expectations of each country.

1. Advance the product

• Report client feedback to Product Owners and participate in testing new use cases with clients.

Profil recherché

Education and experience:

• Master’s degree (engineering school or equivalent) in water treatment, process engineering, environment, or energy. 
• Two to five years of experience in technical project management, ideally in the water or industrial sectors.

Technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of treatment processes and the operational challenges of a WWTP.
• Background in automation, industrial computing, or data science.
• Project management methodology: scheduling, risk management, reporting, and decision tracking.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken; Spanish is a definite plus.

Personal qualities:

• Posture of active listening and communication adapted to all levels of stakeholders (technical, operations, management).
• Consulting and negotiation skills, clarity in presenting results and confidence in arguing points during client meetings.
• Organization and mobility: high level of operational autonomy, methodological rigor, and availability for occasional on-site travel.

Mobility: Regular travel within France and abroad; a valid driver's license is required.

Rémunération et avantages

• Salary package: range of €35,000 to €45,000 depending on experience.
• Work organization: flexible hours, hybrid remote work policy (three days on-site per week to foster collaboration).

1. Initial call (30-minute video meeting):HR introductory call to discuss your background and expectations.
2. Technical discussion and case study (1.5 hours) : in-depth discussion with the team based on a concrete case study representative of our field and technical challenges.
3. Final interview (one hour):meeting with the department head and a tour of the office.
