Are you a recent graduate or currently working in sales, business development, customer service, insurance, estate agency, retail, hospitality, or another target-driven role?

We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join iO Associates as a Graduate Recruitment & Sales Consultant. No recruitment experience is required. Through our Princess Royal Training Award-winning training programme, you’ll receive the support, coaching and development needed to build a successful career in recruitment and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Winning new business and developing client relationships
• Booking meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
• Managing recruitment processes from first conversation to placement
• Negotiating offers and commercial terms
• Building your market knowledge and professional network
• Working towards individual and team targets
