Poznáte, jak se v bankovním prostředí řídí změny, služby, projekty i klíčové IT procesy.

Jaká bude vaše role?

• Postupně vás seznámíme s fungováním projektové kanceláře, IT Governance a celé IT divize;
• Budete se podílet na správě a rozvoji interních procesů, standardů a metodik a pomáhat s koordinací aktivit napříč IT týmy;
• Zapojíte se do přípravy reportů, prezentací a podkladů pro management a budete pracovat s nástroji pro řízení IT projektů, procesů a služeb;
• Budete sledovat plnění termínů, spravovat evidenci projektů, změn a dalších IT aktivit a podílet se na vyhodnocování výstupů;
• Postupně převezmete odpovědnost za samostatnou koordinaci menších úkolů nebo vybraných oblastí pod vedením mentora.

Co od vás očekáváme?

• Jste studentem vysoké školy se zaměřením na IT, informatiku, ekonomii, management nebo technické obory;
• Můžete pracovat přibližně 15-20 hodin týdně;
• Zajímají vás technologie, fungování IT, procesy a organizace práce a baví vás hledat příležitosti ke zlepšení;
• Máte dobré organizační a komunikační schopnosti, jste pečliví, systematičtí a dotahujete věci do konce;
• Nebojíte se převzít odpovědnost za svěřené úkoly;
• Výhodou je základní orientace v oblasti projektového řízení, ITSM, Agile, Atlassian nástrojů nebo procesního řízení.
