We offer an excellent opportunity to join the in-house legal team at a fast-growing healthcare company. Working closely with our General Counsel and external lawyers, you will be involved in all legal areas of the business, such as Commercial deals, Clinical contracts, Data protection, Compliance, and Corporate agenda. Your role

Be a trusted legal partner: Advise teams across the company on day-to-day legal matters
Draft and negotiate: Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements
Own legal projects: Manage your assigned legal projects independently
Commercial: Support the commercial, clinical and AI teams from a legal compliance and contracting perspective
Compliance & governance: Assist with data and regulatory compliance, corporate governance and transactions, employment, our IP agenda, and security regulations
Policies & training: Work on the development and maintenance of corporate policies and conduct legal training for our staff
External counsel: Partner with outside counsels locally and abroad

Your profile

Experienced: 3+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house legal experience
Broad legal knowledge: Strong working knowledge of various legal areas; broader focus and experience are appreciated
Communicator: Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Slovak
Business-minded: Practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving with the ability to effectively counsel business teams by providing pragmatic, commercial, and timely advice
Adaptable: Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment
Bonus: Experience with technology companies, fast-growing international organizations, or healthcare/biotech

Monthly salary: 3,000-5,000 EUR (depending on seniority) + equity
