Responsibilities

• Work with leading of team leader. Reporting to team leader and support to manage the project status, cost, plan, scope, and change management;

• During planning phase, coordinate with Sales, Design and Engineering departments in defining the project details;

• Supporting the Sale department in estimating project planning resources and costs related to the RFQ to define quotation contents;

• Define team members’ responsibilities and ensure that every member is completing their tasks on time;

• Keep close communication with Clients during the entire project process, to facilitate the information flow;

• Manage the technical communication with the company suppliers involved in the project;

• Coordinate with Sales and Design departments in reporting regularly on progress to the client;

• Execute and track the project schedule, plan and risk management;

• Keep track of the cost of the project and report to project director;

• Revise the project process and system to ensure the timely and qualified delivery.

Requirements

• Mechanical / Automotive Engineering background;

• Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English;

• Experience in automotive R&D/ Engineering highly preferred;

• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills;

• Strong personality, good leadership;

• Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability;

• Great attention to detail;

• Good communication and negotiation skills, team-spirit.
