About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Back Office Specialist to join our Solutions team. The team delivers turnkey rooftop and ground‑mounted photovoltaic and battery storage projects.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting both technical and commercial processes for our B2B and B2C customers, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers, engineers, suppliers, contractors and regulatory authorities (DSO, ERU licenses)
• Collaborating with internal departments including Legal, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and international Solutions team
• Participating in building new processes for technical and sales support (B2B and B2C clientele)
• Preparing and providing documentation needed for offers (e.g. from engineers, statics, our Technology team)
• Processing and archiving documents for incoming orders (systems as Eira, SharePoint etc.)
• Assisting with cost calculations and project budgeting
• Issuing invoices and purchase orders
• Monitoring and controlling project costs

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or real estate
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), as well as CRM and ERP systems
• Native-level Czech (essential for dealing with authorities), good command of English (spoken and written), Slovak language is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, supporting the team as needed
• Strong professional communication skills, proactive approach, analytical and organizational skills
• Team player with the capacity to work independently
• High level of resilience and ability to perform under pressure
