Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 Alternate Saturdays: 08:00 to 13:00

Join Our Team at HiQ & Ford Tewkesbury

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy Tewkesbury branch, supporting both our HiQ fast-fit centre and Ford franchise workshop operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who understands the fast-paced nature of vehicle service and repair environments. The successful candidate will work closely with and support our Senior Service Advisor, helping to ensure a first-class customer experience from booking through to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcoming customers and providing outstanding service at every stage of their visit.

· Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, MOTs and tyre-related work.

· Liaising between customers and technicians to keep customers informed of progress and any additional work required.

· Preparing estimates, job cards and invoices accurately.

· Managing customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person.

· Supporting the Senior Service Advisor with the day-to-day operation of the service reception.

· Promoting additional products and services where appropriate.

· Ensuring all administrative and manufacturer processes are followed correctly.

· Helping maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

What We're Looking For:

· Previous experience in a Service Advisor, or similar automotive customer service role.

· Experience working in a fast-fit, tyre, autocentre or busy aftersales environment.

· Knowledge of automotive service, maintenance, tyres and vehicle repair processes.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong customer service focus with a professional and positive attitude.

· Good IT and administration skills.

· Full UK driving licence.

About You

You'll be someone who thrives in a busy automotive environment, enjoys helping customers and can confidently balance service reception duties with supporting the Senior Service Advisor. A background in fast-fit operations, tyre centres, autocentres or franchised dealerships would be highly advantageous.
