This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to become a key part of Oxford's cycle business, taking commercial ownership of a portfolio of world-class brands and creating and delivering the strategies to grow them in the UK. 

You'll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans, managing supplier and brand partner relationships, driving sales initiatives, and working closely with our sales and creative teams to maximise brand visibility in the market. You'll also play a central role in stock planning and procurement, with full commercial accountability for your brands. 

What we're looking for: 

• Proven experience in brand or product management, ideally within the cycle or wider sports industry 

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies 

• Excellent communicator with the confidence to liaise with suppliers, sales teams and senior stakeholders 

• Solid analytical skills and genuine attention to detail 

• A passion for cycling and an in-depth knowledge of the market 

• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
