Traffic & Customs Manager �� Desford, Leicestershire | �� Up to £26.47 PAYE per hour | �� 12-Month Contract �� Location: Fully onsite in Desford    We're looking for a Traffic & Customs Manager to join a leading global manufacturer, supporting the shipment of up to 17,000 machines annually. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role where you'll play a key part in customs compliance, import/export operations and shipping performance.    What You'll Do Manage import/export and customs activities Ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations Support delivery of monthly shipping plans Act as a key contact for operational issues and escalations Work with stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing and project teams Drive process improvements and support business initiatives What We're Looking For ✅ Customs and compliance knowledge ✅ Import/export experience ✅ Strong organisation and attention to detail ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ✅ Good Excel and Microsoft 365 skills Experience within Manufacturing, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Transportation or Automotive environments would be highly beneficial.    If you have customs, shipping or import/export experience and enjoy working in a fast-moving operational environment, we'd love to hear from you.
