Quality Inspector Location: Telford Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per year Job Type: 12 Week Temp to Perm Shift Pattern: Days: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm Nights: Monday to Wednesday 4:30pm - 3:00am, Thursday 4:30pm - 2:00am Our client is a well-established metal manufacturing company based in Telford. Day Shifts and Night Shifts available.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that prides itself on delivering high-quality products and maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities – Quality InspectorCarrying out first-off, in-process and final inspections.Inspecting components and products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.Using measuring equipment including verniers, calipers and other inspection tools.Recording inspection data and completing quality documentation accurately.Identifying non-conformances and reporting quality issues.Working closely with production teams to maintain quality standards throughout manufacture. Essential Requirements – Quality InspectorPrevious experience working as a Quality Inspector within a metal manufacturing environment.Experience carrying out first-off, in-process and final inspections.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers and calipers.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Desirable Experience – Quality InspectorExperience working within sheet metal or fabrication environments.Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.Experience completing inspection reports and quality documentation.Understanding of manufacturing processes and metal components. What's On Offer?£16.00 - £17.00 per hour.£30,000 - £38,000 annual salary equivalent.Day and night shifts available.12-week temp-to-perm opportunity.Stable long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturing business.Modern manufacturing environment. If you like the look of this Quality Inspector role, then click and apply or contact us for further information.
