Scrum Master (Corporate Landing Hub)

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join the team of our global client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will work with 2 teams inside a standardised Corporate Landing Hub:

• A well-structured team of mostly LTM consultants, focusing on a Credit Risk Platform application built from scratch in Pega

• A new Java team, to be formed soon, for the Corporate Products Catalogue, Business Decision Register and Pricing Tool, all new applications to be built in Java

• Rate: up to 120 PLN/h (B2B)

• Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days a week from the office, full-time (40h/week)

• Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk

Responsibilities:

• Help ensure progress, predictability and quality across both teams

• Work closely with the Product Owner and the team on planning, follow-up and delivery

• Handle impediments and remove obstacles to team productivity

• Drive continuous improvement

• Support the formation of the new Java team

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Team player and excellent communicator

• The drive to succeed through others, with a coaching approach

• Experience with Agile, SAFe, software development and SDLC

• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Relevant Scrum/Agile certification
