About the role
About Oh Polly
Founded in 2015, Oh Polly is a fast-growing, social-first fashion brand that creates trend-driven, high-quality premium products with a focus on innovation, global responsibility, and ethics. We’ve built a combined social following of over 10 million across our brands, including Bo+Tee, our activewear line. Operating across multiple global offices, we are a dynamic team offering ambitious individuals the chance to thrive, grow, and take their careers to the next level.
The Role
We're looking for a commercially driven, proactive E-Commerce Lead to join our US-based team in our Miami office, supporting both Oh Polly and Bo+Tee. Reporting to the Retail & E-Commerce Director, you'll be responsible for driving online sales performance across our US sites by optimising the customer journey, executing local trading strategies and delivering best-in-class e-commerce execution tailored to the American market.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and has a passion for turning data into commercial action. Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, Creative, CRM and Tech, you'll ensure all US websites are fully optimised to maximise conversion, revenue, and brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
US Market Ownership - Own the day to day trading performance across the US sites for Oh Polly and Bo+Tee, proactively driving trade in the US market by identifying local trends, seasonal opportunities, and market-specific customer preferences.
Advanced Online Visual Merchandising - Take full ownership of visual merchandising across category pages, landing pages and onsite search. Balance commercial metrics (inventory levels, margin, conversion rates) with visual storytelling to ensure a flawless, premium aesthetic that drives sales and manages out-of-stock visibility effectively.
US Regional Localisation Strategy - Develop and execute a localised trading and merchandising strategy tailored to distinct US regions. Adjust product visibility, messaging and site curation based on regional climate variations, regional events, holidays and local consumer behaviour.
Calendar Management - Develop a US Trade calendar in partnership with Marketing, ensuring product launches, regional campaigns, geo-targeted promotions, and local cultural moments are executed seamlessly and align with overall US commercial objectives.
Performance Monitoring - Monitor sales, conversion, traffic, AOV, units per transaction, and other key commercial KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to drive growth.
Insights & Reporting - Deliver weekly and daily trading analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Produce regular US trading reports, competitor analysis, and regional market insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure the right products are available, visible, and performing. Collaborate with CRM, Paid Media, and Marketing teams to support key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trading events.
Customer Optimisation - Analyse customer behaviour and trading reports to identify opportunities to improve conversion. Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey through AB testing and continuous site optimisation.
Peak Trading - Support major US trading periods including Black Friday, Cyber Week, Holiday, and seasonal launches.
Skills & Requirements
Must have experience managing e-commerce for Women's Ready-to-Wear (RTW) specifically within the US market.
Previous experience in an E-Commerce Lead, E-Commerce Manager, or Digital Trading role within fashion or retail.
Proven expertise in online VM with a strong eye for styling, product curation, and translating brand aesthetics into commercial site layouts.
Experience building and executing localisation strategies across different US regions and climates.
Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to interpret data, present actions and findings to senior colleagues, and make commercial decisions.
Experience trading high-volume e-commerce websites.
Advanced knowledge of Shopify and Nosto or a similar personalisation/merchandising platform.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and confidence in analysing large datasets.
Confident working closely with product, CRM, marketing, and creative teams.
Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for fashion, digital retail, and delivering exceptional online customer experiences.
