Telesales Executive

We are looking for an ambitious Telesales Executive to join our team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns that deliver strong results.

Roles And Responsibilities

• With a mixture of inbound and outbound calls you’ll be speaking to a high volume of potential customers, promoting our products and securing opportunities.
• You’ll make scripted phone calls as directed by the Telemarketing Team Leader
• From your first day you’ll be part of a structured training programme, designed to teach you about our products and the skills required to be a successful Telesales Advisor.
• You’ll conduct administration to support calls made
• You’ll attend weekly team meetings
• You’d be expected to provide support for the Telemarketing team as required

Skills Required

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Highly organised and quick learner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Personal Attributes

• Enjoys being part of a team but also works well under own initiative
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Strong communication, negotiation and consultative skills
