Sales Operations Specialist (w/m/d)

Full-time, Kirchheimbolanden (Rheinland-Pfalz)

You will support, together with the Office Team based in Kirchheimbolanden, our sites in Kirchheimbolanden and Zug in all administrative matters.

Your tasks:

Ensuring smooth communication, both internally and with external partners
Ensuring the smooth operation of the office and production site in Kirchheimbolanden
Providing administrative support to the production team
Issuing invoices in Kirchheimbolanden and for the Swiss parent company
Processing incoming invoices in Kirchheimbolanden and for the Swiss parent company
Coordinating internal and external correspondence

What you should bring:

Training as an office clerk (or equivalent qualification)
An affinity for digital tools and experience working with cloud-based platforms like Google Workspace
Experience working with international partners (customers, suppliers, sister companies)
Experience with ERP systems and payment processing
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
