Key responsibilities

• Working hand-in-hand with Finance & Banking team by delivering solutions in various financial market related topics
• Obtaining licenses for international clients (crypto-asset service providers and traditional financial market participants), overseeing regulatory compliance of financial market participants
• Representing the company in relations with clients, advising them on development of financial services, risk management, compliance issues
• Preparation of various legal documents related to ensure smooth financial services provision & operation of national & international companies
• Representation of clients’ interests in negotiations, regulatory authorities and other state institutions

We are looking for someone with

• Master’s Degree in Law
• At least 2-3 years of legal work experience
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages
• Proactive approach, organizational skills, excellent analytical skills and accuracy

Will be considered as an advantage:

• Work experience at a law firm, Big 4 company or inhouse at financial market participant or crypto-asset service provider
• Work experience related to finance & banking field
• Passion about dynamical financial markets regulation, MiCAR regulations, eagerness to know how investment funds, FinTech, Crypto and capital markets work
