Join a well-established Social Housing Assocation on a permanent contract as an Electrician, carrying out electrical repairs, testing and installations across social housing properties in Oxford and the surrounding areas.I’d love to hear from anyone with experience in electrical maintenance, EICRs, installations or social housing who is looking for a secure, long-term opportunity.The Electrician role is offering:£43,000 per yearCompany van and fuel card25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysBenefits pot of up to £700 per year, which can be used towards additional annual leave, private medical cover, health checks and moreGenerous employer pension contribution of 9%Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm1 in 6 call-out rotaAnnual staff conference, company away days and a sociable working cultureAs an Electrician, you will be:Carrying out EICRs and electrical repairs in occupied homesCompleting electrical installations and upgrades in kitchens and bathroomsInstalling and maintaining emergency lighting, home alarms, extractor fans and other electrical systemsEnsuring all work meets the required safety and compliance standardsProviding a professional service to residents while working within social housing propertiesI’d love to speak to anyone who has:18th Edition qualification2391 City & Guilds qualification or an NVQ in Electrical InstallationExperience working as an Electrician in social housing or a similar maintenance environmentA full UK driving licence with 6 or fewer pointsThe ability to pass a DBS checkLocation & travelThe Electrician role will cover Oxford and the surrounding areas, with a company van and fuel card provided.
