Join a well-established contractor working within social housing as a Multi-Trade Operative, covering Andover and the surrounding areas. This is an initial 16-week temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent.I’d love to hear from experienced Multi-Trade Operatives who have a good range of property maintenance skills and are looking for consistent work with the opportunity for long-term employment.The Multi-Trade Operative role is offering:£23 per hour during the temporary contractOpportunity to go permanent after 16 weeks£38,000 annual salary when permanentCompany van and fuel card providedMonday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pmImmediate start preferredAs a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs in social housing propertiesRepairing and installing fencingCompleting patio works and external property repairsUndertaking brickwork and blockworkCarrying out general repairs using additional skills in trades such as carpentry, plastering or plumbingEnsuring repairs are completed safely and to a good standardI’d love to speak to anyone who has:Previous experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or in property maintenanceExperience with brickwork, blockwork, fencing or patiosBasic skills across other trades, such as carpentry, plastering or plumbingExperience working within social housingA full UK driving licenceA reliable, professional approach and the ability to work independentlyLocation & travelThe Multi-Trade Operative role will cover Andover and the surrounding areas.
