Administrative Scheduler

MPA Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and organised Admin Scheduler to join a busy team in Portadown. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and IT skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.

Role Details

• Location: Portadown
• Hourly Rate: £13.69 
• Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Working Days: Monday & Friday
• Contract: Initial 3-month temporary assignment with potential for extension based on business needs and performance

Role Duties

• Coordinating and scheduling maintenance appointments.
• Handling customer enquiries and raising work orders.
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintaining accurate records across multiple IT systems.
• Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to support service delivery.
• Working as part of a collaborative team to achieve key performance targets.

What We're Looking For

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Advanced IT proficiency.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Basic Access NI clearance required.
