Moxymind is now seeking a Finance Manager to join the Moxymind Team and take ownership of overseeing the company’s financial operations, planning, reporting, liquidity management, and financial governance across the organization.

The role combines hands-on financial management with strategic planning, ensuring that the company’s financial structure supports sustainable growth, operational efficiency, innovation, and long-term business objectives.

The Finance Manager will lead the development and oversight of company financial structure, currency conversion management, budgeting and forecasting processes, cash flow planning, and financial oversight of research and development (R&D) activities.

The position requires a proactive, analytical, and commercially minded professional capable of translating financial data into actionable business insights and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and directly report to the Managing Director. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Develop systems and processes in the finance area, Oversee financial operations, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Banking and Treasury: Optimize and oversee operations across different banking institutions, payment processes, and financing arrangements.
  • Currency Management: Manage functional and transaction currencies, foreign exchange exposure, currency conversion, and related financial risks.
  • Cash Flow Management: Prepare cash flow forecasts, monitor liquidity, optimize working capital, and proactively manage funding requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, rolling forecasts, and budget variance analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, consolidation, KPI monitoring, and performance analysis.
  • Compliance and Internal Controls: Maintain financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
  • Business Partnering: Support management with financial analysis, investment evaluations, cost optimization, and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, treasury, accounting, or financial management. (2+ years as Finance Manager or similar position)
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax principles, transfer pricing, and statutory reporting requirements so she/he can collaborate with external partners effectively.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and advanced Excel or financial modelling.
  • Experience working with AI tools and their application in financial planning.
  • Experience managing multi-entity structures, inter-company transactions, and international financial operations is a huge plus.
  • Experience in R&D-intensive, technology, engineering, or project-based businesses is an advantage.
