Mortgage Processor

Location: Mortgage Hub, Chandlers Ford

Salary: DOE

Due to business growth, Mortgage Decisions is looking for a Mortgage Processor to join their established team based within the Mortgage Hub, Chandlers Ford.

The working hours within this position are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 17:30pm. This is a full-time and office-based position.

The administrator will be responsible for assisting a team of advisors, focusing on Mortgage and Protection business. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, lenders, solicitors and providers.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the client service experience through to completion – speaking to both the client and also providers to ensure smooth progress of the application
Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
Detailing all conversations and actions taken in the CRM System
Scanning and loading documents onto the system within the required compliance timescales
Assisting the Team with any other duties, as reasonably requested

Key Attributes

Mortgage Administration experience
Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently
Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
Must be able to demonstrate initiative and ability to time manage and prioritise cases through to completion
A team player with the ability to use own initiative
