Regulatory Compliance Specialist

With tens of thousands of collars sold, we are growing quickly — and during 2026 we are expanding from Norway and the UK into the US and Sweden.To support this journey, we are strengthening our team with a Regulatory Compliance Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring our products meet regulatory requirements across global markets. This is a unique opportunity to join early in an international scaling journey and help build robust compliance processes that enable efficient market access for innovative hardware products.In this role, you will work closely with R&D, product, and operations teams, as well as external certification bodies and test laboratories, to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle from development and testing to certification, documentation, and ongoing regulatory follow-up in existing and new markets.At Monil, you will become part of a fast-growing technology company where you can make a real impact from day one.
