Mon Motors, one of the UK’s leading family-run automotive dealer groups, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Workshop Controller to join our dynamic Aftersales team.

This is a key role within our fast-paced workshop environment, reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high-quality servicing and repairs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
