First2 Resource is looking for A320 Captain on behalf of our client Heston Airlines. Heston Airlines is a fast-growing European carrier, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. A member of the Heston Aviation Group, a consolidated group of companies focused on aviation assets leasing, trading, maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The airline operates Airbus A320 aircraft, providing short and long-term services worldwide. Role Requirements: • EASA ATPL with A320 IR/PBN ratings • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 (Level 6 preferred) • Class I medical certificate issued in accordance with PART-MED requirements • A minimum of 3000 total h on Airbus FBW aircraft • A minimum of 1000 h as PIC on A320 • EU citizenship and passport allowing unlimited travel Terms & Conditions: • Indefinite contract • Competitive fee and payments for Block Hours • Roster pattern: 20 days on/10 days off travel on work days • Employee referral bonus • Travel tickets between home and operating bases • Provided accommodation whilst on duty and ground transport • Travel, health & loss of license insurance Application Process: • F2R screening • Client screening • Technical Test • Online interview • Psychological Evaluation • SIM Assessments We welcome all applications, but please note we will only contact candidates shortlisted in the second round.
