The North Face Seasonal Sales Associate

Contracted 4 hours per week but would suit a candidate wanting to work 4-24 hours per week.
Availability through the week needed as well as weekends.
Christmas availability required, including key holiday dates.

The North Face Meadowhall is an official partnership store, owned and operated by Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports.

Ellis Brigham is a family run, multi-brand outdoor retailer with stores across the UK. All stores stock top-quality kit and have friendly, knowledgeable staff who understand and love the outdoors.

Sales Associates deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the store’s success in the following ways:

-Represent The North face brand DNA
-Use their outdoor knowledge to promote The North Face products with customers
-Learn about our innovative technologies and products to inspire customers
-Always maintain high shop floor standards and ensure the store is clean and tidy
-Drive sales by understanding store targets and individual sales targets
-Demonstrate professionalism with all customers
-Play your part in creating a strong, supportive environment for yourself and your fellow team members
-Process till transactions, deliveries and shop-floor restocking
-Follow our employee handbook, health and safety guidelines, store policies and procedures at all times
-You are fluent in English
