Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team, the post holder will facilitate effective clinical workflows, patient engagement and strengthen continuity of care throughout the patient journey — from initial assessment and diagnostic investigations through to results management, onward referral and follow-up.

Essential Requirements

• Registered General Nurse
• Be on the live register with NMBI
• A minimum of five years’ substantive post-registration clinical nursing experience.
• Demonstrable leadership and management experience appropriate to a Clinical Nurse Manager-level appointment.
• Proven experience in patient-facing clinical services.
• Demonstrable experience in multidisciplinary team working, clinical care coordination and the management of complex patient pathways.
• Competence in performing ECGs, phlebotomy, audiometry and other routine clinical investigations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative working skills.
• A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
