Senior/Lead Compliance Manager

We're looking for a Senior/Lead Compliance Manager to build compliance from zero across our three subscription apps: Kodree, Aligned, and Apollo. You’ll start with regulatory compliance with the US first, then grow into platform compliance and run the whole function solo.

Your qualities and skills that will be valued:

• 2+ years in platform or regulatory compliance for B2C subscription apps at a product company

• Knowledge of USA regulation for digital subscriptions: consumer protection, auto-renewal and billing rules, and privacy (e.g., FTC Act, ROSCA, CCPA/CPRA).

• You’re ready to master platform compliance (App Store, Google Play, Meta ads) and you drive that learning yourself: tell us which course or consultant you need, and we’ll cover it.

• Business sense: you weigh a risk against the revenue behind it and come back with a fix, not just a "stop".

• You've built or rebuilt compliance processes yourself and can walk us through those cases.

• You turn regulatory and platform requirements into clear guidance for marketing, product, and leadership.

• You already use AI tools or agents in your daily work and know how to hand them the routine part of compliance.

• English - B2+

Your additional advantages:

• Privacy certification (CIPP/US preferred; CIPP/E or CIPM is also a plus)

• Hands-on experience with App Store, Google Play, or Meta ad policies.

• Legal or audit background, ex-Big Four is a big plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Fix the findings of our existing compliance audit, starting with the most urgent ones.

• Run your own check of our top funnels and creatives, starting with the US, where most of our users are, and fix what you find.

• Launch an MVP of the compliance function within your first months.

• Keep one risk log for all products, where every risk is prioritized and every decision is recorded.

• Build a compliance flow with marketing, design, and product, so checks happen before launch, not after.

• Learn platform compliance and take full ownership of App Store, Google Play, and Meta policies

• Bring risks to product CEOs together with their impact and a working alternative, knowing that the final call on business risk is theirs.

• Automate routine compliance tasks with AI tools and our systems engineer.

• Create the Rist Labs compliance guide that every product team works by.
