Job Description

We are currently recruiting friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Waiting Staff to work across various hospitality venues in Lancaster and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for students, part-time workers or anyone looking for flexible hours to fit around their studies, existing commitments or lifestyle.

Whether you have previous hospitality experience or are looking to gain experience in the industry, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Taking food and drink orders
Serving food and beverages to customers
Setting up and clearing tables
Keeping dining and service areas clean and presentable
Supporting the wider hospitality team during busy periods
Ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience

Requirements

Previous waiting or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with customers
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
