SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

ideally several years of experience in a comparable position (luxury is a plus)
ability to understand and go beyond customers’ needs to provide them with the best customer experience
taste for challenge and a team spirit
sense of service, natural curiosity, openminded, optimism and empathy
good interpersonal skills, ownership, empathy, and curiosity
fluent in Czech and English
