This role will suit a highly experienced and ambitious pre-construction professional looking for the next step in their career, the Pre Construction Manager will take full responsibility for overseeing technically challenging bids within the major projects division, and report directly in to the Pre Construction Director.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge across the construction phases; a high level of commercial acumen and be able to coordinate both the design and estimating resources assigned to each bid; producing high quality, qualitative bid submissions on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will come from a technical, planning or commercial background

• A client-facing individual who has carried out similar roles within major UK main contractors

• Central London experience is essential

• Demonstrates a stable employment track-record.
