We are looking for a talented production manager to join our team!

• Location: Tallinn, remote
• Position: Production manager

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior/top position in a foreign company
• Expertise in metalwork is essential
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Knowledge of LEAN management is advantageous
• Fluent in English and Estonian
• Advanced PC user

Responsibilities Include

• Preparation and planning of production orders
• Technical preparation of production processes
• Coordination with subcontracting organizations
• Control of project budgets
• Participation in the company's annual budget preparation
• Staff hiring and development
• Implementation of quality management strategies
• Organization and digitalization of production processes
