Location: Hybrid - Nicosia, Cyprus 🇨🇾

At Locum’s Nest, we are reimagining healthcare staffing with technology that transforms workforce management. Our Nicosia-based Engineering team is expanding, and we are looking for a Back-End Engineer to help us design scalable systems and services that power healthcare staffing across the UK.

Our stack:

• Django / Python

• PostgreSQL

• Redis (caching, queues, messaging)

• AWS (cloud-native deployment and scaling)

You will:

• Design and maintain robust, secure backend services and APIs

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of healthcare-critical systems

• Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions
