Social Worker – Contact & Assessment

Looking for your next Adults Social Work contract? Our client in Cardiff is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join its busy and supportive Contact & Assessment Team, supporting adults to access the right services at the right time.
About The Role

Complete strengths-based assessments and care planning
Undertake safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments
Manage a varied Adults Social Work caseload
Work collaboratively with health professionals, families, and partner agencies
Support adults to maximise independence and achieve positive outcomes
Maintain accurate case records and reports

Requirements of the Role

Qualified Social Worker
Social Care Wales registration
Experience within Adults Services
Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
