Social Worker – Adults Community

Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker looking for a rewarding community-based role in Cardiff?
Our client is recruiting for experienced Social Workers to join a supportive Adults Community Team, working with adults who have complex care and support needs. You’ll play a key role in promoting independence, managing risk, and achieving positive outcomes for vulnerable adults across the community.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of adults with complex needs
Complete assessments, reviews and support plans
Undertake safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments
Work closely with individuals, families, carers and partner agencies
Support service users to maximise independence and wellbeing
Contribute to multi-disciplinary working and outcome-focused practice

Requirements

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England or Social Care Wales registration
Experience within Adult Services
Strong assessment, care planning and safeguarding skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
Full UK driving licence preferred
