ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESo Provide hands-on technical support for C-suite users across:o Windows 10 / Windows 11 endpointso macOS devices (MacBook)o Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)o Mobile devices (iOS / Android)o Printers and peripheral deviceso Troubleshoot issues including:
SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE – CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTo 3–5 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration roles.• Microsoft Certification preferred:• MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)• MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)• MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
