Accounts Administrator

Company Overview

Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s leading independent used car retailer, with +1000 cars in stock. As a result of ongoing business growth, we are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our Accounts Team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will be key in supporting the Sales Manager & Team in a seamless experience for the customer.

Key duties and responsibilities:

· Processing and generation of sales invoices

· Ensuring all relevant paperwork is uploaded onto our in-house CRM system

· Maintaining the logbooks for Trade vehicles and Retail vehicles

· Monitoring Fuel card

· Maintenance and update of change of ownership transactions on Motortrans

· Completion of daily, weekly & monthly reporting where required

· Recording, updating and maintaining vehicles in the Company’s Core System

· Vehicle Registration Tax (VRT) preparation

· Act as the first point of contact, within the accounts team, to sales and other departments with accounting related queries.

· Log book replacement queries

· Any other accounts tasks that may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis

Skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with colleagues, external third parties and customers.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work well in a process driven environment.

· The capacity to work to deadlines with ability to self-prioritise tasks.

· Must speak fluent English.

Education and experience

· Candidate must have proven experience in a similar office role and hold Leaving Certificate or equivalent with further qualifications an advantage.

· Must be proficient with Technology with experience in MS Office an advantage.
