Are you a graduate in law from a State university in Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania, with already a few years working experience under your belt, ideally including court work? You have studied or worked abroad, and have a very good working knowledge of English? Do you like to be an active part of an international team and interact with international clients?

Then we would like to hear from you, and discuss your potential further career at our firm. We value above all strong interpersonal skills, an ambitious commercial approach and a commitment to excellence.

Different lawyers have different goals. Associates may choose the partner track, and we are pleased to welcome new partners from within the firm. Other lawyers are more interested in a position as counsel, which combines legal specialization and leadership responsibilities. And some colleagues prefer to apply their expertise as senior associates in a wide ranging legal practice.

A working knowledge of legal English is required, and knowledge of German a plus.
