We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established business based on Wrexham Industrial Estate. The Role As a Warehouse Administrator, you will provide essential support to warehouse and operational functions, ensuring records are maintained accurately, documentation is processed efficiently, and communication flows smoothly across departments. Key Responsibilities: Recording and maintaining employee timesheet data for payroll purposes Accurate data entry and administration of warehouse records Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately Liaising with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and other company locations Processing invoices, receipts, and other finance documentation Receiving, sorting, and distributing post and correspondence Maintaining Health & Safety documentation and risk assessment records Providing administrative support to warehouse and operations teams Assisting with operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives Handling confidential information professionally and discreetly What We're Looking For: Previous administration or warehouse support experience would be advantageous Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Teams Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment Reliable, professional, and proactive approach Strong team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset If you are looking for a varied role within a successful and growing business, we would love to hear from you.
