Job Summary:

Kerr & Smith are expanding with three new commercial franchises, and we’re now looking to add an experienced Time-Served Mechanic to our workshop team. If you’re looking for a calm, well-run workshop with proper support, manufacturer training, and real career progression — this is it.

What You’ll Do

• Service, repair and diagnose modern passenger & commercial vehicles
• Use full diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems
• Work with a strong, experienced workshop team
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
• Contribute to a professional, respectful workshop environment

Who We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician or equivalent
• MOT license (or willingness to train)
• Strong diagnostics mindset
• A team player who wants long-term stability
• Commercial experience is a bonus, not required
