At JCE Biotechnology, the Maintenance Technician works directly on our equipment to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, installation and commissioning at our customers' sites. Working closely with machines and users, they represent the company in the field, ensure the reliability of installations, and play a hands-on part in technical projects serving healthcare.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Traveling Maintenance Technician (M/F), you will join the Maintenance department and play a key role in the field, through the following responsibilities:

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on our equipment at customer sites, ensuring its reliability, performance and compliance.
Diagnose faults and malfunctions, work efficiently on machines, and carry out the necessary adjustments and restarts.
Install, commission and qualify equipment in line with the technical and regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical and hospital sectors.
Support and advise users, explain the specific features of the equipment, and ensure an optimal handover.
Act as an ambassador for JCE Biotechnology in the field, representing the company professionally and maintaining a relationship of trust with customers.
Write clear, well-structured service reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment and methods.

Candidate Profile:

• You hold a technical qualification in industrial maintenance, electromechanics or automation (from high-school level to 2–3 years of further education), and are comfortable reading technical drawings and diagrams and working in the field.
• As a field technician, you enjoy diagnosing, understanding and solving equipment issues, in both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• With strong interpersonal skills, you enjoy customer contact and know how to represent the company professionally, while working closely with internal teams (maintenance, design office, quality).
• Autonomous, organized and rigorous, you are mindful of the safety, quality and traceability requirements specific to pharmaceutical and hospital environments.

Additional Information:

Hauterive (03) – Travel Monday to Friday
Salary paid over 13 months
Profit-sharing
